This is a command-line utility to rebuild the whole terrain system, by providing only the minimum files required. It rebuilds all Lx/Ox files, MEA file and fartiles (if needed). Being a command-line program, it is perfect for theater installers. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) for this program is provided by TerrainEditor. Check the manual at the Documents section.
